Lorenza Alessandrini (born 6 August 1990 in Milan) is an Italian ice dancer. With partner Simone Vaturi, she is the 2009 and 2010 Italian junior national champion.

Alessandrini and Vaturi were 5th at the 2010 World Junior Championships. Later that year, Alessandrini broke a rib in training causing them to miss the 2010–11 Grand Prix season.[6] They returned to competition to win the senior bronze medal at the Italian Championships. They were assigned to their first European Championships, where they finished 16th.
In 2011–12, Alessandrini and Vaturi made their senior Grand Prix debut at 2011 NHK Trophy.
